Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sanrio fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items and the original packing slip into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
